By engaging Chainly for consulting services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Chainly provides supply chain consulting services, including but not limited to Logistics Network Redesign, Global Sourcing , and SCM Continuous Oversight.

The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our recommendations depends on the quality of the data provided. You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for the performance of our services.

3. Intellectual Property

• Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client owns the final reports and strategy documents produced specifically for them.

• Retained Rights: Chainly retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, "know-how," and pre-existing tools used to generate those deliverables.

4. Professional Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Outcome: While we provide expert recommendations based on data, Chainly does not guarantee specific financial results or savings, as implementation depends on market variables and client execution.

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainly’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect the other’s proprietary information. This obligation survives the termination of any consulting agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chainly is headquartered.
